location was perfect and fantastic, near west kensington underground station. had early check in.

The apartment had a nice homely feel, and the price was reasonable. The two bedrooms were spacious, and the small lounge area had a big TV, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen, though small, was useful and had everything we needed. Plus, having a washing machine was a huge plus. The location was key, with convenient access to transportation and grocery shopping nearby. It provided a nice down time for us, giving us a comfortable and homey experience.

One downside was the noise from the neighbors around us, especially at night when we were trying to sleep. It was a bit disruptive, but we realized that if we could hear them, they could probably hear us too.

Good location and studio apartment was fully equipped. Nice and bright decor. Very welcoming on arrival.

The level of maintenance in the bathroom was disappointing, with loose accessories and mildewed shower base. The toilet was not sufficiently anchored. A pity as the apartment was generally pleasing.

the venue has silent rooms and favourable location near a subway station. boasts very comfy bed, large bedroom. it’s nestled in a nice building. they can offer breakfast with locally bought goods. the personnel is welcoming.

Great location: The apartment was conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to navigate around the city. We were able to explore various attractions without any hassle. Clean and spacious: The apartment was well-maintained and provided ample space for a comfortable stay. It was clean and tidy, which made us feel at home during our city break.

Lack of blinds controls: Unfortunately, the venetian blinds controls were missing in our apartment. Although we were still able to use them manually, it would have been more convenient to have functioning controls.

The room was small but very well-equipped, and the hotel is very conveniently located, close to the stations and accessible to central London. The staff were all accommodating and very helpful.

A negative was that the general surrounding area was not too good, but hopefully there will be improvement on the way.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly I cannot emphasise this enough. They genuinely cared about our comfort and that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely, really modern and clean- well worth the money we paid. Its in a lovely area and close to the city. I really enjoyed my stay and would Definitely go back again!!

Excellent accommodation

We recently stayed at Castletown House and were blown away by the quality of the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and it was a relief to find toiletries and cleaning supplies provided. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The staff, particularly Mark, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. we highly recommend Castletown House for a fantastic stay in London.

A fiamily of 5 was able to all stay in the same apartment. Good value for the space.

Not a real dislike, but maybe an opportunity for improvement. When it rains the stairs going down to the basement apartment get quite slick. Would hate to see someone fall and get injured as those kind of issues are generally time consuming and expensive to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the underground station. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had comfortable beds. I appreciated the privacy and the owner's readiness to help when needed. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like weak water pressure in the bathroom and occasional noise from neighboring rooms, I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. I highly recommend this place.

Was only here for weekend, nonetheless would come here again. It was located in a wonderful area right by 2 tube stations, the Tesco Express and Waitross Mini and the attractions, Great staff ensured a fab stay for 2 nights on a business trip.
